MIKE SEKACH

Mike grew up in Oxford, Ohio, and started plumbing right out of high school. He's a Licensed Journeyman Plumber in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, trained through the Cincinnati Master Plumbers Association, and holds backflow prevention certification. He built his career on drain cleaning and training techs. Mike joined Spartan Tool in 2014, became Sales Coach in 2016, served as National Sales Director until 2026, and now serves as Director of Industry Relations and Training.
BRIAN ELLIOTT
Training and Development Manager
Brian is a third-generation plumber, licensed since 1992, with experience across every part of the trade. He has held both Master Plumber and Contractor licenses in Arkansas. Brian joined Spartan Tool as a Territory Manager in 2016, served as the company's Trenchless Specialist beginning in 2019, and now also serves as the Training and Development Manager.
